The Nervous System Reset Program
A lovingly-tailored, fully-supported, and guided program to reset your habitual patterns of reactivity, anxiety and shutdown. Heidi’s program includes the Safe & Sound Protocol, individual coaching sessions to integrate your progress and changes, and classes (group setting, optional).

Maybe it’s a situation, habit, relationship, or a discomfort that’s difficult. Maybe you sense something in the way of feeling fully at home and at ease within yourself. Or maybe you’ve come to one of Heidi’s classes, and now want a chance to explore something more deeply and in a privately-guided way.
Therapeutic Massage
Heidi is currently on sabbatical from her hands-on therapeutic massage practice while her wrist heals from a fracture. (Stay tuned for when Heidi’s massage table is ready to receive clients who are fully-vaccinated for COVID-19).

The Pause: Body-Oriented Meditation
The Pause classes are on hiatus for the summer.
What’s it like to be you in the world? At The Pause we practice paying attention and noticing our experience–be it bodies, thoughts, moods, nervous systems–in a friendly way. Participants at The Pause regularly report greater calm and ease after dropping in. Classes are 45-minutes and take place via Zoom. No meditation or Focusing experience is necessary. Come every time or just once in a while.
