Description
Ready, Set, PAUSE
Start 2022 with a love-bomb! Come to this special PAUSE class to:
- de-stress from residual holiday distress
- rest in your body (and lay down a “breadcrumb trail” to find your way back to calm when you “lose it”)
- effortless-ly form your new year’s aspiration (spoiler: resolutions not required!)
When?
Saturday, January 1 at 12 – 1 PM (noon) Eastern US/Canada time, 9 – 10 AM Pacific (GMT -5)
An internet connection is your only requirement.
No previous meditation or Focusing experience is necessary.
Class will be held virtually, via Zoom video conference.
Class will be one hour long.
You will be sent a link to access the class once you register/pay. (If you register while the class is on sale—FREE!—you will still need to go through the “payment” process in order to register and receive your Zoom invitation).
What is body-oriented meditation anyway?
Think of body-oriented meditation as a combination of Focusing (a simple body-oriented awareness process) and non-religious meditation. (If you are familiar with Polyvagal Theory, you might also think of it as a process of “ventral anchoring.”)
Body-oriented meditation does not replace any other form of meditation you may enjoy or be trained in — it’s a complementary practice that can be especially helpful in cultivating a kinder and friendlier experience of yourself.
Registration/Payment
Payment = Registration! (If you have a coupon code for a free class: select “1” –> press “view cart” –> enter your coupon code –> press “apply coupon” –> press “complete your purchase”)
Once your purchase is complete, you will be sent the link to access class via Zoom.
Once you’ve completed your payment process, look for an email with the subject line: “Your Heidi’s Table order is now complete“. This will be the email that contains your link to join the class. (If you don’t receive the email shortly after your payment is processed, please check your spam folder or your social promotions folder.)
