When is this FREE masterclass happening?

You will need: an internet connection. (Class will be held virtually, via Zoom video conference.)
Even though the class is FREE, you must complete your checkout process to be registered.
This class will be live and experiential. Please note that a class recording will not be sent to registrants.

About your teacher:
Heidi Fischbach is a nervous system regulation coach and massage therapist who helps people feel at home in their bodies so they can have a sense of belonging no matter where in the world they are.
And yes, Heidi is a stepmom!She holds a master’s degree in education from Harvard University, is licensed and certified in massage therapy, as well as in the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), an acoustic intervention developed by and based upon Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory of the nervous system.
- Certified Focusing Professional (through The International Focusing Institute)
- Certified provider—remote and in person—of Dr. Stephen Porges’ Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) to re-set the nervous system
- Certification, advanced training and eighteen years experience in therapeutic massage
- Masters degree in Education (with a focus on trauma and resiliency)
